In Japanese culture, the bento box is used to pack and carry lunches. The aesthetic appeal only adds to the usefulness of this exciting way to hold and present your meal!
Join Chef Dedetron as you learn more about bento boxes where organization is key, as is presentation. You will learn how to prepare and pack your flavorsome lunch choices — such as yakitori chicken or sushi — and store them in your bento box in a perfect manner. When it's time for lunch, each dish will be organized perfectly for your enjoyment.

I really enjoyed my time with Chef Dedetron (or Chef D, as he said we could call him). He greeted us at the door with a warm smile and we knew it was going to be a great experience. The food we had was amazing! It was comfort food yet not heavy and greasy. The seafood was super fresh and everything seasoned perfectly. Chef D. was great about teaching us new techniques and giving us some personal stories about his time in the military and places he had traveled. I would definitely recommend his class!

It was a great experience! My fiancé and I enjoyed learning about cooking sea food. The chef even went out of his way during dessert and made us an extra treat. Chef DKP was kind and very welcoming. We would definitely do it again!
