In this hands-on class, you will learn how to prepare a four-course French bistro menu featuring some of Chef Thomas' most popular dishes!
After beginning with a zesty and classic shrimp appetizer, Chef Thomas will teach you how to prepare a home-cooked steak au poivre that will put even the best neighborhood bistro to shame, as well as a twice baked potato that makes for the perfect plate mate. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with a classic French bistro dessert: crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
