In this hands-on cooking class, you'll get to make classic Taiwanese dishes that please all palates. Start the meal with a cold tofu string salad, followed with a warming beef noodle soup. For dessert, finish with a traditional sweet red bean soup.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A global ambassador for Taiwanese cuisine, Chef Jessica has assisted in opening 15 Taiwanese restaurant chains in multiple states as well as consulting for start-up Taiwanese restaurants in Thailand. Chef Jessica also established and released a product line of frozen and packaged Taiwanese food. Chef Jessica is currently running a popular Taiwanese restaurant and sharing her passion for Taiwanese cuisine via cooking classes.
