Experience the freeness and liberating joy of cooking a simple, yet elegant New American meal to music.

In this hands-on class with Chef Veronica, you will discover how music has the ability to inject a level of energy into the task at hand and fuels the creative spirit to freely express itself when cooking.

After Chef Veronica turns up the music, you'll begin the class by learning how to prepare an appetizer of mini quiche bites. For your entree, you will learn how to prepare a perfectly pan-seared pork chop sided by firecracker green beans infused with stimulating flavors before ending with a little something sweet.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A great experience! Chef Veronica did a great job preparing a tasty dish of blackened catfish with a papaya mango salad. Great conversation about her background, the food scene, and life in general! A fun and unique way to do a birthday!
