Cooking Class - Vegetarian and Gluten Free Indian
In this hands-on class with Chef Radhika, you will learn how to combine both North and South Indian styles of cooking to prepare vegetarian and gluten-free Indian recipes from scratch.
Chef Radhika will begin by teaching you how to prepare assorted vegetable pakoras served with chutney. After enjoying a palate cleansing cup of masala chai tea, you will learn how to make shahi biryani and learn about key Indian spices in the process. You will end by preparing a traditional South Indian dessert out of Chef Radhika's family recipe book.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
