In this hands-on class with Chef Radhika, you will learn the basics, skills and techniques needed to prepare a completely authentic, completely vegetarian, and completely impressive South Indian meal.
Chef Radhika will start by teaching you how to make a warm lentil and vegetable stew known as sambar. You will also learn how to make crispy and savory vada, which is a popular South Indian starter, as well as dosa and an incredible chutney. And fear not, all the spice levels can be adjusted to suit your personal preferences.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
