I took a cooking class with Chef Ma’am and my life hasn’t been the same since. Her class was fun and hands on. She taught me how to cook the best Pad Thai I’ve ever eaten any where. That goes for the Pad Kee Mao, Larb, and Tom Yum soup, my favorite. From now on, I only eat Thai food cooked at home in my own kitchen. Its the best! Thank you Chef Ma’am!

Maam is amazing. I found her accidentally...and so grateful that I did. I never knew Thai cooking was so easy. Her lessons were great. I reach out all the time for advice and get my Thai groceries from her. My signature dish is my Tom Kai Gai. When they go to restaurants now...they compare it to mine!
