You will prepare outstanding plates such as Thai silver noodle salad and crying tiger, which is a divine grilled pork and beef with a dried chili dipping sauce. Chef Maam's food was so fresh and delicious! I love how the food was very light and healthy while the flavors were so dynamic. My mouth left very happy!

I took a cooking class with Chef Ma’am and my life hasn’t been the same since. Her class was fun and hands on. She taught me how to cook the best Pad Thai I’ve ever eaten any where. That goes for the Pad Kee Mao, Larb, and Tom Yum soup, my favorite. From now on, I only eat Thai food cooked at home in my own kitchen. Its the best! Thank you Chef Ma’am!
