Learn everything you need to know to make fresh pasta dough for noodles and ravioli.
There is nothing quite as beautiful as fresh handmade pasta. In this hands-on class with Chef Joe, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to make gorgeous fresh pasta from scratch and bring several phenomenal pasta dishes to life.
You will begin by making a basic cheese ravioli from scratch and turning it into an outstanding entree. Then, you will make a batch of silky smooth ribbons of fettuccine punched up with black peppercorns as well as a thin and delicate tomato angel hair pasta with ease and grace.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Great food, great chef, fun date night! Really enjoyed working with Joe and eating some delicious food. He makes you feel comfortable and teaches you well. Would recommend him to anybody looking for a fun, relaxing evening.

I strongly suggest not taking any classes with this Chef. I’ve never felt so uninvited and threanted. I reached out to support and they said they would investigate and gave me 20% back which was very insulting. For the sake of your wallet and personal well being go spend the money on a fine dining experience because your going to feel like you just got scammed and wonder how Cozymeal allows this...

With more than 20 years of culinary experience under his belt, Chef Joe is now sharing his skills in an array of cooking classes. Chef Joe’s extensive experience has provided him with knowledge of a variety of cuisines, including modern French and traditional Italian, as well as impressive plating techniques. When he's not teaching, Chef Joe can be found working as the sous chef in an award-winning Denver restaurant kitchen.
