In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Sarah teaches you how to prepare an authentic Middle Eastern meal. Each dish is packed with flavor and made from the freshest ingredients.

Start with traditional roasted eggplant baba ghanoush and homemade pita bread, then mix up a salad of chickpeas, cucumbers, tomatoes and herbs in a lemon dressing. For the main dish, you'll learn how to perfectly sear chicken shawarma with fragrant spices beside a bed of Lebanese rice. For dessert, indulge in a rich, flaky baklava to end things on a sweet note.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Such a great experience and delicious food! Sarah was an amazing teacher and host and did an awesome job of guiding us though the recipes. She patiently explained various aspects of how to perform different steps, why they were being done that way, and tips and tricks to use in our own kitchen. Will definitely be taking one of her classes again!
