In this class, you will get a taste of contemporary Japanese cuisine using ingredients that add flavor and excitement to your dish.
You will have a chance to take classic Japanese dishes and learn how to bring out the intense aromas and flavors that will make your kitchen seem like paradise. Maki, braised pork belly, smoked salmon, pear brûlée and more are on the menu!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
