For Chef Chad, Sunday afternoons are all about relaxing on the porch and grilling with family. In this hands-on class, Chef Chad has taken this memory and adapted it into a menu that you can enjoy any time of year and indoors, if preferred.
Chef Chad will teach you how to combine a Cajun blend of seasonings for country-style boneless pork ribs that you will also glaze with a mouthwatering bourbon sauce and side with roasted vegetables from the farmers' market. And for dessert, a New Orleans classic bourbon bread pudding.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
