When Chef Jirayu moved to the United States, she found herself surprised and disappointed by American Thai restaurants. The food looked beautiful, but it was either too sweet, too salty, or too oily.
In this hands-on class, Chef Jirayu will share her passion for holistic nutrition as you learn how to build popular Thai dishes without MSG, high sodium sauces, and excess oil, and instead use high-quality organic ingredients and natural ingredients imported from Thailand. You will also learn how to make your own curry paste from scratch!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
