Chef Karen is here to show you that following a paleo diet does not mean you have to sacrifice great taste. In fact, you will learn secrets to making your paleo meals taste so incredible that you will actually want to stick with your new culinary routine.
Discover the basics of the paleo way of life as you cook up a meal that will make your mouth water. From bacon-wrapped sweet potato bites to a paleo-friendly candy bar, you will go home with valuable culinary skills to make paleo a regular part of your cooking and eating habits.

We had a wonderful evening with Karen and really enjoyed the event. She was very thoughtful and taught us some tips and tricks to use in the kitchen, and the food was delicious!

Meet your chef
Chef Karen has been cooking since elementary school, starting out by participating in county fair 4-H competitions. After 15 years of working as a social worker and raising a family, she decided it was time to get serious about her passion for cooking and attended the Seattle Culinary Academy to begin her new career. Formerly a sous chef, Chef Karen now enjoys teaching cooking classes, and catering and hosting events at her family farm.
