Start off the class with a divine appetizer, prepared using cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and basil placed on skewers. Then it's off to learn all about risotto. Many people shy away from making risotto due to the mystery that surrounds this dish. Get ready to solve that mystery as you whip up a beautiful porcini mushroom and pea risotto! End the night with an enchanting dessert of melt-in your-mouth chocolate panna cotta.
