In this hands-on class with Chef Ama, you will learn how to prepare three crowd-pleasing American dishes using ingredients and techniques to give them a healthy twist.
You will begin by creating a refreshing mixed greens and berry salad tossed with a tangy white balsamic dressing. Then, you will learn how to season and cook salmon to succulent perfection as well as the techniques to creating the best garlic mashed potatoes and tender, sweet steamed broccolini. Finally, you will end the class with a cool, creamy peanut butter and Nutella mousse.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
