In this hands-on class with Chef Syrena, you will learn how to create an impressive three-course menu that is surreptitiously healthy and is perfect for many a weeknight as well as a fanciful dinner party.
You will begin by learning how to dry roast beets and whip up an herbed goat cheese spread for your appetizer. For the entree, Chef Syrena will teach you the art of perfectly seared salmon seasoned with freshly cracked black pepper and lemon zest. For dessert, you will craft a show-stopping bread pudding.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
