In this hand-on class with Chef Syrena, you will learn how to create an impressive three-course Cajun meal that can spice up any weeknight dinner routine or be the life of many dinner parties.
You will begin by learning how to create fritters filled with shrimp, tasso and corn, and paired with a smoky remoulade. Then, you will make a jazzy jambalaya pasta tossed with crawfish, tasso, and a luxurious trinity marscapone cream sauce. And for dessert, a golden crispy bananas foster eggroll drizzled with a homemade caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
