In this hands-on class with Chef Shaun, you will learn how to create a light, yet decadent meal full of pizzazz to spice up any date night or weeknight dinner routine.
After beginning with raw shaved asparagus salad with a naturally creamy and zingy avocado-ginger dressing, you will choose between making either a spicy blueberry glazed filet mignon or stuffed duck to pair with a mushroom St. Emillion sauce and potato pea soufflé for your entree. For dessert, you will learn the secrets to a candied lemon crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
