Learn how to capture the unique essence of true Japanese cuisine in your own kitchen.
In this hands-on class, Chef Chang shows you that creating authentic Japanese in your own kitchen is in reach for any home cook.

Chef Chang challenges the misconception that sushi is too difficult to make at home and dispels the myth that the average kitchen doesn't have the proper equipment or that the ingredients are too hard to find with a smoked salmon and avocado sushi recipe. You will also prepare a surprisingly simple Japanese curry and you will enjoy an old fashioned traditional Japanese dessert that remains popular today.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
