We did the Mediterranean cooking class. Chef Jane was wonderful and went above and beyond even making us treats that weren't on the menu. When we arrived, everything was already cut and prepared, so it was just mixing and cooking while she imparted tips and tricks to make every bite delicious. And it truly was delicious.

We cooked caprese salad, chicken Marsala with pasta dish, and tiramisu. My favorite dish was the chicken Marsala. Chef Jane was an amazing host, we really enjoyed our conversations and the food was amazing!

We made Japanese style ramen with tempura vegetables and squid. We also got to try Lumpia (Chef Jane’s own delicious recipe). We made honeydew fruit jelly, as well as panna cota. It felt like eating luxury food at an old friends home. Chef Jane was so welcoming and kind! Thank you!

We had a great time with Chef Jane! She was organized, friendly, and created a fun and unique experience for our group. We did the Japanese comfort food experience. The tempura and ramen were fantastic. Highly recommend Chef Jane!

We did the Greek Cuisine from scratch class. In this class, we made homemade hummus, salmon, Greek salad and crepes. My 13 Year old granddaughter and I did the class together. Chef Jane did a wonderful job throughout the class making us feel welcomed and valued. She was encouraging and engaging. We had such a great time. We are looking forward to signing up for another class with Chef Jane.

We did the Italian Classics and Tiramisu class, and Chef Jane was amazing! She was very hospitable, super accommodating, and the food was so so good. We had lots of leftovers afterwards as well. I’d highly recommend the class with Chef Jane

We cooked a four course meal as part of Chef Jane’s Japanese comfort food class. There was four of us and we planned this as a Mother’s Day gift for our family of 4. Chef Jane was absolutely amazing. Super responsive, prepared, knowledgeable, and personable. We learned plenty of things and also had a great time hanging out with her! The food was incredibly good. Much better than any restaurant and we all left with extremely full stomachs that could burst at any moment. We will surely be back!

We made vegetable tempura (onion was my favorite), pork belly, and ramen! Chef Jane has a great personality and is very welcoming and easy to get to know. My mother and I enjoyed our time and the great company. I’m excited to take the tips I learned and apply them to my kitchen at home.

Chef Jane came to our house and helped us make some delicious Ramen, tempura and dessert. I never knew you could have a chef come to your house for such a reasonable price. Chef Jane was a delight and all the food was amazing. Definitely recommend this fun experience!

My friend and I honored a belated birthday with Chef Jane, and it was one of the most unique and special ways to celebrate a great friendship. Chef Jane was a gracious and kind host, and we made a delicious meal of ramen, tempura, and dessert (along with a little sake). Chef Jane surprised us with an amazing and beautiful homemade chocolate birthday cake on top of the planned meal. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and much appreciated. Chocolate happens to be my birthday friend's favorite! Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something that is meaningful and very personalized.

My wife and I had an unforgettable experience with Chef Jane! We made the most amazing ramen and Japanese comfort food. Chef Jane educated us about the ingredients and the Japanese culture while helping us navigate cooking in the kitchen with ease. She made us feel apart her family and was very engaging in conversation. I would 1000% recommend this experience to anyone looking for a great date night or a fun group activity.

Chef Jane exceeded all expectations! Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious full of flavor, fresh, and clearly made with passion. You can really taste the care and creatively in every bite. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is also professional, friendly, and easy. Chef Jane , you truly delivered an exceptional dinning experience. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of incredible flavor. I can really tell there is passion, creativity, and attention to detailed in every plate that comes out of the kitchen. Chef Jane is very talented. You can tell that she's at home in the kitchen where she finds joy and love. She creates inspiring dishes that feeds not only the body but including the soul. She is very passionate in her cooking and her creativity reflects in her dishes. I have never had any "bad" food coming from her. Its almost expected that each plate or bowl she prepares is going to be exceptional. She accounts every texture, ingredients, and delicious creation. Her excellence in skills paired with professionalism and care embody what a remarkable Chef should be.
