Join Chef Alejandra for a dazzling 3-course French meal. She brings her experience from working at 3-star Michelin restaurants to the table and you'll feel like you're back in Paris with every single bite.

Chef Alejandra will begin the dinner with an egg en cocotte appetizer using truffle oil from France. She'll present an incredible duck entrée roasted in a flavorful apricot sauce on a bed of creamy potatoes. Her dessert is as delicious as it is beautiful: carefully constructed mini rose-shaped apple pies!

Everyone likes food, but there are some people who really love it! I was 9 years old the first time I cooked for my family. Since then I knew I wanted to be a chef. I am originally from Ecuador but I have Iived and worked in France for the past 8 years. I had the opportunity to study at one of France's best culinary schools, Institut Paul Bocuse, and have worked with several 3 star Michelin chefs like Guy Savoy, Alain Ducasse and others. I can't wait to teach you my cuisine and techniques!
