Catering - Grandma's German Currywurst

Enjoy this German finger food tradition the way we always made it at home.
Currywurst was likely invented by a lady from Berlin in the 50s and is a sausage topped with a special curry ketchup sauce. Despite this being best known as a popular takeaway meal, my family always made this at home, with the best ingredients possible, because that beats everything you can buy. For you, I'll prepare two different kinds so you get to know two local variations, both inspired by my grandmother's recipes. And of course it comes with potato salad!

Arnie was the most gracious host ever. I loved the atmosphere he created with everyone. The food was EVERYTHING and more. It was just a really cool experience and I would love to do it again.
