The Mediterranean Sea always comes to life on Chef Matt's table and we are excited to offer you this traditional Almafi Coast experience. Begin the night with a refreshing Almafi Dream cocktail featuring lemon, mint and vodka to cleanse your palate. You will then make your way to the dinner table for a fresh heirloom caprese salad and homemade pecorino herbed pasta tossed with many delights from the sea. Please remember to leave room Chef Matt's famous lemon sponge cake topped with hazelnuts.

Working with Chef Matt was tremendous. He arrived on time, even asked if he could arrive a little early to get set up & ready to begin right on time. He brought any & all supplies you could need. He used premium ingredients which made the meal extremely flavorful. He was a great instructor, covering a multitude of cooking techniques, tips & tricks, & sharing lots of knowledge he’s learned through his passion of cooking. He is very interactive & makes the entire cooking experience approachable. I highly recommend chef Matt & will happily work with him again.

Cooking with Chef Matt was an awesome experience! He was super knowledgeable without being overly instructive. He was a great conversationalist, balancing cooking and chatting really well. I would absolutely recommend this class because the food was incredible (yes, seriously!) and I would absolutely recommend any class with Chef Matt because he was great! Overall, a really fun experience.

Chef Matt is a seasoned chef with a culinary dedication that began over 25 years ago. It led to a degree in hospitality and restaurant management and French culinary school in California. Since then, he has enjoyed every role from private chef to culinary instructor. Chef Matt's love of cooking stems from the happiness and pride he takes in showcasing the simple pleasures of dining, like a rustic farm-to-table meal, seasonal flavors and laughter.
