Catering - 4-Course Meal With a Top Chef

Enjoy a high-end French dinner with Top Chef Mattin!

In this extravagant 4-course (plus an amuse-bouche) dinner, Chef Mattin will take you on a tour of his native France. Originally from the Basque town of Biarritz, Chef Mattin excels in traditional French cuisine. He will paint for you an evocative culinary picture of his Basque childhood, and accents the meal and the experience with splashes of red, from the traditional Basque piment d'espelette (chili) to his iconic scarf.

Chef Mattin welcomes guests to bring their own wine or beer, and will be happy to make recommendations or pairings.

Oh man this was amazing. I'm still dreaming about the macaron. Everything was stunningly presented and tasted amazing. The squid ink risotto had a beautifully subtle taste of the sea and the scallops were perfectly seared. If I were Tom Colicchio I would totally have given Chef Mattin a win for this meal!

Chef Mattin's dinner was better than countless meals I've had in restaurants. Every dish was superb and his presentation was stunning. I loved the squid ink risotto and the pork belly salad was such a great combination of textures. The macaron was heavenly and subtly floral. I would recommend dining with Chef Mattin in an instant!
