Enjoy a California spin on the classic pairing, prepared by Chef Lisa, the Food Fashionista!
Enjoy a taste of the terroir and 'merroir' of California with Chef Lisa's Surf 'n' Turf five-course dinner. You'll start with homemade ricotta and other savory snacks, as well as an earthy, richly satisfying salad. Then move on to the main events: sustainably-sourced fish served with Bay shrimp, butternut squash, basil, and a green chili salsa; and a local NY Strip Steak with roasted asparagus, wild mushrooms, and piquillo peppers. Close out the meal with a sweet treat -- based on the season and your personal preference -- and leave happy, satiated, and appreciative of the wonderful things California has to offer.
Chef Lisa invites guests to bring their own beer or wine and will happily provide recommendations for pairings.

Chef Lisa prepared all of her meals flawlessly and made everything look so easy and fun. Her dishes taste wonderful AND look beautiful. The kale and chard salad brought together the most gorgeous colors into a wholesome dish. I love surf & turf dinners and Chef Lisa's meal is one I'm glad I did not miss!

I booked Chef Lisa's Land & Sea summer buffet with my friends in my community room and was amazed by the quality of the food and her presenting it to us and serving our 16 guests. Chef Lisa is a very seasoned chef and you see it in everything she does in the kitchen. In addition to this full-service catering menu, we had also booked her drop-off menu and both were fantastic.

Lisa was warm and friendly, great with the kids, so efficient and fast, made sure to clean every last dish that we had and took all trash with her. Food standouts were her delicious avocado dip, juicy steak, yummy wild mushrooms, amazing molten lava chocolate cake.

As a busy mother of two kids, She understands the need for quick and easy meals, and is happy to share tips for feeding a family efficiently and satisfyingly. She has cooked for more than 20 years in restaurants and as a private chef for VIPs.
