The table is set for Thanksgiving dinner with a menu to celebrate the best of the season.

Holiday favorites are given a sophisticated twist with Chef Phoebe’s expert use of local ingredients and fine dining techniques. Choose from a range of meal options from starters to dessert to craft the perfect holiday meal, from chestnut and autumn apple soup to fresh butter biscuits. A sous-vide turkey is served alongside porchetta thyme gravy and an evening of thanks wouldn’t be complete without a gourmet dessert of chocolate cloud cake or bourbon pecan pie.

Chef Phoebe grew up in a food-focused New England family where she began cooking at age 7. Her formal education includes studying French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and at the Culinary Institute of America. She then moved to the Bay Area and started her own personal chef service. Chef Phoebe has cooked for presidential candidates, foreign leaders, and other international figures, and enjoys sharing her love of food through cooking classes.
