Holiday favorites are given a sophisticated twist with Chef Phoebe’s expert use of local ingredients and fine dining techniques. Choose from a range of meal options from starters to dessert to craft the perfect holiday meal, from chestnut and autumn apple soup to fresh butter biscuits. A sous-vide turkey is served alongside porchetta thyme gravy and an evening of thanks wouldn’t be complete without a gourmet dessert of chocolate cloud cake or bourbon pecan pie.

I've been cooking since I was 7 and at 19 I moved to Paris to attend Le Cordon Bleu. I worked in restaurants in Maine, New York State, and St. John and furthered my education at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park.
