Chef Brooke recreates a summer barbeque complete with Mexican street corn and sizzling meat and seafood with this fun menu. Tender steak in spicy chimichurri and BBQ ribs are accompanied by elotes, chili shrimp lime skewers, and arugula salad. Such a summer picnic wouldn’t be complete without dessert; enter grilled stone fruit and luscious bourbon cream. Vegetarians are welcome to the party as well with Chef Brooke’s vegetable options.

I attended a tasting with Chef Brooke's catererd BBQ buffet menu and really loved it. I usually try to not eat much red meat but it was really hard to stop eating her food. Also, she brought some of her own signature sauce which was a great fit for the BBQ menu.

Chef Brooke was awesome! Definitely made our Anniversary special. She is very cool and down to earth. Very knowledgeable and the food she had us create was DELICIOUS! Our evening was Perfect!
