A dinner of vegetarian Italian favorites like tender, handcrafted linguine and eggplant Parmesan.

Chef Francesca prepares a multi-course vegetarian menu onsite using the best ingredients the season has to offer. Grilled vegetables and tangy salad, fresh homemade pasta and eggplant Parmesan are complemented by a dreamy house-made fruit sorbet that changes with the seasons. Chef Francesca is native to the Italian island of Sardinia and brings her years of in-depth culinary knowledge and love of Sardinian cuisine to this skillfully crafted menu.

Francesca warmly opened her home and taught us amazing Italian techniques that we will take into our own home for future meals. We had such a great time. We would definitely book again with family and friends. Also, we are now buying a pasta maker/kitchenaid for learning how to make it by hand and using a machine. Thanks for everything!

Chef Francesca is absolutely amazing. The smaller format cooking class where she graciously hosts in her home kitchen is a really great hands-on experience. Francesca allowed us to try some of the flavors of her hometown in Sardinia and didn't laugh too hard at my attempt to mirror her pasta folding skills.
