Utilizing only the freshest sustainable ingredients we will take you on a culinary journey through Californian cuisine using just a few fresh local ingredients and create amazing flavors from them! I will be serving fresh local Sea Bass over local wild black rice and heirloom carrots with goat cheese stuffed squash blossoms on a bed of borscht. Finished with some fresh seasonal peaches for dessert. Guests are encouraged to bring their own beverage to enjoy with their meal (white wine or Belgium-style beers pair wonderfully here).
