In this 4-hour cooking class, you will learn how to fillet a fish and utilize proper knife skills. Utilizing only the freshest sustainable ingredients we will explore the art of using just a few fresh local ingredients and creating amazing flavors from them! You will be learning how to prepare fresh Chilean Sea Bass over local wild black rice and rainbow carrots with goat cheese stuffed squash blossoms on a bed of borscht. Finished with some fresh seasonal peaches for dessert. Students are invited to bring their own beverage to enjoy with the classes creations (white wine or Belgium-style beers pair wonderfully here).
