Celebrate the vibrant flavors of springtime in this elegant tasting menu.
Brightened by the last bits of winter citrus and invigorated with the brightness of impending summer, springtime is a season brimming with a diversity of delicious ingredients, which Chef Josh skillfully utilizes in this dynamic and polished menu.
Calling upon the craft he's spent years honing in Michelin-starred kitchens, Chef Josh elegantly executes this tasting menu showcasing seasonally-driven dishes. As beautifully plated as they are in taste, you'll enjoy silken braised eggplant contrasted with a sharp xo sauce, sultry smoked mussels, meyer lemon-scented scallop crudo, juicy seared duck breast, and more.

Josh is a super talented and sharp chef! His breadth of knowledge is really impressive, but he's able to share it in such a way that isn't intimidating at all. I was so fascinated by the way he plates his food, and feel like I really learned a lot in just a couple of hours. I'd take another class with him, or try a private dining experience to just relax and be pampered!

After college, he moved to Chicago and worked at the legendary Charlie Trotter's as well as three Michelin-starred L2O and several other Michelin-rated restaurants in Chicago and San Francisco. Recently, he moved back to his hometown, Los Angeles, and worked at Petrossian, Providence, Red Medicine and Alma before transitioning to being a private chef.
