For Cozymeal's inaugural pop-up dinner, Chef Alejandra will prepare a high-end three-course meal featuring the flavors and ingredients of her native Ecuador! Chef Alejandra, who trained under star chefs Guy Savoy and Alain Ducasse, will focus her French cooking skills on the cuisine of Ecuador for a meal that will both impress and educate about a less-known culinary destination. You will get to try an upscale version of tostones, served with queso fresco; an elegant quinoa risotto with squash, queso fresco, and Ecuadorian corn; and many more Ecuadorian staples reimagined by the brilliant Chef Alejandra.
Chef Alejandra welcomes guests to bring their own wine or beer to the class, and is happy to provide recommendations.
