In this private dining event, Chef Talia will serve you a refreshing, tropical menu! She'll start with a mango cabbage salad topped with her famous candied 'crack' peanuts. They're a crowd favorite and the perfect mix of savory and sweet! Next, Chef Talia will serve pineapple lime pork tacos topped with avocado. She is wonderful at fusing flavors from around the world into her dishes and producing spectacular combinations. One bite and you'll almost be able to feel the sea breeze and ocean mist from the islands.
For dessert she'll bring out a chilled coconut pudding with cinnamon for a satisfying end to the meal. Chef Talia welcomes guests to BYOB and is happy to travel to your location!
