In this private dining event, Chef Talia will serve a 3-course Japanese-inspired menu. She'll start with shishito peppers as a fun, flavorful appetizer. Then, she'll serve a perfectly cooked salmon, marinated in a sake-miso sauce, alongside gorgeous purple rice and crispy broccoli.
Finally, as a refreshing dessert, she'll bring out fresh berries and her homemade matcha whipped cream, subtly sweetened with maple syrup. Chef Talia invites guests to BYOB and is happy to travel to your preferred location in Los Angeles!
