Booked the class Pizza in the Oven with Chef Mordechai
Chef Motti was amazing - he arrived with everything needed to jump right into the class. We asked for more focus on making the pizzas vs the other recipes, so he brought those delicious dishes already made. The toppings he brought were top-tier - two different tomato sauces he made from fresh tomatoes, homemade bechamel, three cheeses, fresh herbs, sausage, vegetables, etc. We dove in to hands-on sessions where he taught us about making two kinds of dough and forming the pizzas. Then we all learned how to get them in and out of the oven (we used our wood-burning Ooni and the electric one he brought). My husband had been having challenges in our Ooni with the dough sticking to the peel when putting them in the oven and topping falling off when he removed them, and Chef gave him tips on preventing that and recommendations for better tools (I had bought an Ooni brand perforated peel and it didn't get enough of the flour off the bottom). We made sooo many pizzas, so we got a lot of practice, and had leftovers to feed some hungry neighbors later on. It was a fun and relaxing afternoon spent chatting, cooking and eating - our teen boys even enjoyed it. We look forward to finding another excuse to cook with Chef Motti!

A huge thank you to Chef Parsati for such an incredible cooking class experience! Learning how to make both vegetarian and chicken dumplings from scratch was so much fun, but what made it even more special was how much knowledge she shared along the way. Not only did we learn cooking techniques, but she also taught us about the nutritional value of using fresh herbs and ingredients to season the filling naturally. The passion, patience, and care she brought to the experience made it unforgettable. Amazing food, amazing energy, and an amazing teacher — we loved every minute of it and can’t wait to take another class!

Her explanations were clear, engaging, and filled with fun stories that made everyone feel comfortable and connected. I loved how she encouraged us to interact, share, and truly enjoy the process. It felt more like cooking with a friend than being in a class. Highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves learning about food and culture!

Such a fun night! Chef Eddie was an amazing teacher, giving detailed instructions plus individual feedback and recommendations to everyone who attended. He also taught us a ton about soy sauces and how to mix different ingredients together to make the perfect dumpling dipping sauce. And of course all the food was exceptionally delicious. We've already discussed looking for more Chef Eddie classes to attend in the future!

The classes were great! Everyone loved both classes. The service and food were too notch. The only thing I wish was that there was more competition, as it was billed as a competition team building experience. Otherwise, every single person (all 34 people at 2 separate events) absolutely loved it and are stilll raving about it from weeks ago.

It was great experience working with chef Motti to learn how to make pizzas. Chef Motti is well- prepared for the class. He brought many different ingredients for us to make a variety of pizza. He also demonstrated how to use his portable oven to make pizzas within 2 min. I was very impressed by the way he made pizzas, super fast and delicious. Not only demonstrate how to make pizzas and other dishes, he also gave us background of pizzas, such as the origins of pizza flour, the key elements of a good oven for pizza, how to make your own starter for dough, the difference between feast dough and the sour dough. He gave us many opportunities to get hands-on experience to make pizzas on our own. I would certainly recommend chef Motti for his pizza class. It would be a delightful way to learn some good skills.

My mom and I had a wonderful time with Chef Rajeswari! We made roti, paneer tiki masala, and a potato dish that ended up being so delicious! I can’t wait to make these dishes again and was grateful for the experience with my mom.

Chef Mordechai is amazing. My pizza making cooking class with Chef Mordechai was the best cooking class I ever had. The class is fun and very hands on. Chef brought a lot of extra materials for everyone to have plenty to practice and nailed the techniques and everything tasted amazing. Chef also agree to show us how to use my own wood burning pizza oven and share lots of tips. I will definitely recommend this class to everyone!

Booked the class A Feast by the Mediterranean Sea with Chef Mordechai in San Francisco (Mission)
We had such an awesome class with Chef Moti! He came to our apartment and was so organized with the recipes and needed equipment that we didn't have. The Mediterranean food we made through his guidance SO delicious, truly some of the best med food I've had (and big portions, enough for leftovers :)). He was very accommodating with dietary restrictions, collaborating with me to come up with a menu that worked for our group. He created a fun atmosphere that my family all enjoyed, we shared laughs and stories of life. He taught us cooking techniques that I'm excited to take into our everyday cooking. We had so much fun at Chef Lorenzo's class! The food was great and tasted so good after a long day of work. If you are considering booking, I would highly recommend. Make sure to bring your own wine if you are interested in having some for your event, there is a wine store nearby if you need to make a trip. Will be booking this again for future team events!

We took the adventures in Thai Cooking with Chef Elham. Loved it. Small class--3 couples so each worked on a separate recipe. Chef went over ingredients, how to prepare them, shared with us many of the unique ingredients and how to get them. The food was amazing, I left feeling like I could make any of these dishes at home, and cant wait to try them.

Everyone had a great time and said that all of the food was delicious and that they learned a lot - they're still talking about all of their goodies a week later. So bummed that I missed out!

We had a great time! Chef Elham opened up her home to us, had all the ingredients ready and provided a nice set up. There were 8 people in the class which made it a lot more fun. Such a great experience. The downside to it (nothing to do with the chef) the app needs to be more clear on the area that you’re booking the class in… And… There needs to be more communication before they take your money. This is legit class and the company is real. The way they book the class makes you feel like it is a scam. Other than that, Chef Elham made it a positive and fun experience.

The Chef was awesome, great personality, very fun and engaging. The group had a good time! However, the venue itself (I believe the chef's home) was quite shocking. There was a mess everywhere. There were non-functioning lights. The space was small but very untidy and felt chaotic. There was also a cat, which for our group was OK, but might affect others if there are allergies for guests, etc. The supplies were mis-matched and it felt disjointed. He had everything mapped and planned out well, but just seemed too casual for a corporate group. I would not suggest this for any type of executive/corporate group - but Ok for a group of friends or family.

Our Executive Team of 11 had a wonderful Italian team building cooking experience with Chef Dirk! He has such a great, upbeat personality that had all of us laughing and engaged. We made a wonderful meal of homemade pasta and sauces, the dessert was fabulous and we really enjoyed our evening. He did a great job of accommodating our 3 food restrictions. I highly recommend him if you want a yummy dinner, great entertainment and to learn how to cook!

I am still going to give Chef Daniel five stars for being genial and professional, even though it was very hard to navigate the neighborhood, as Santee is more of an alley than a street, and the building itself was hard to get into, with so many security features. I was late as a result.

This class was beyond amazing! My husband and I decided to take this pizza cooking class as our date day/night. We learned how to make 3 types of pizza from scratch. The best part is enjoying the pizza. It tasted very yummy. I would recommended this pizza class to everyone. Chef Daniel was very organized, detailed. His studio was the best place to learn how to make pizza.

We had so much fun in this class. Chef Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and gives you a hands on pizza making experience. Before the class, he ensured we had the appropriate directions (with pictures) to find his place easily and truly set the tone for an awesome evening. We plan on taking other classes with him and would definitely recommend him to others. During the class, we made 3 pizzas and he was hands on the entire time- ensuring we knew what we were doing, explaining how ingredients were working together, and setting us up for success when we try the same thing at home.

Chef Daniel was awesome! My fiance and I love to cook and wanted to do our engagement photos cooking. Chef Daniel's kitchen is so spacious and open and perfect for a big group. He accommodated our strange request to do our engagement photos during the cooking class. The food was delicious and Chef Daniel loves to teach and explain techniques while cooking. I think everyone came away from the class with new skills. Would definitely take another class with Chef Daniel. Thank you!!
