This team-building cooking class with Chef Tanya will take guests through making delicious, tropical recipes inspired by Latin cuisine. Teammates will create an impressive, three-course meal by working and learning together in the kitchen.

Chef Tanya's delicious, vibrant menu will have guests making mini black bean cakes with sour cream and a classic flan. For the main course, teammates will create coconut shrimp tacos served with avocado or pineapple mango salsa. I began to cook professionally at the age of 12 when we moved to New York and a neighbor offered to "keep me busy" at his Italian restaurant. I have not stopped cooking since!
