Team Building Activity - Modern Northwest Menu
Gather your team and learn modern cooking techniques to create an upscale gourmet menu focused on ingredients from the Northwest. Chef Robert combines culinary science and professional techniques in this hands-on team building class.
This modern menu includes a frisée and sweet pea salad, seared salt and pepper halibut with sweet corn beurre blanc, and a seasonal dessert. You'll create and eat these recipes together, collaborating in the kitchen and sharing a handmade meal.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
