Join Chef Fabrice for a taste of Italian seaside cooking, where your team will learn technical skills and recipes they can take back home to their kitchens. This unique experience will engage all five senses and create opportunities to connect through making a meal together.
Chef Fabrice will walk team members through the steps of creating each recipe, from spaghetti frutti di mare and roasted fish with sunchoke and broccolini pesto, to a dessert of caramelized pears with mascarpone and pistachios. Guests will learn how to work together in the kitchen and bond over the shared experience of creating delicious food.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
