Skip the steakhouse and make your own gourmet dinner with your coworkers.

Working alongside your colleagues, Chef Chericia will guide you through a classic steakhouse menu, cooked and plated to perfection. You will learn how to prepare and season your cut of meat along with the appropriate resting time before cutting and serving your dish.

Under the guidance of Chef Chericia, your team will also prepare classic side dishes including a truffle fries, roasted garlic mashed potatoes or wok-fired broccoli. Enjoy learning techniques and meal preparation with your team before sitting down to toast to your accomplishments and dining together. Bon appetite!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great experience the last time we brought in a chef and it might have also been Chef Chericia but this time it all fell apart somehow. My wife’s birthday with friends over for a 6:30 start. Apparently food delivery was late then several GPS issues then messaged hours after the scheduled start that she had to cancel. We were very disappointed and tried to call to help her with directions but she didn’t pick up

Chef Chericia did a fantastic job preparing the Quintessential Spanish menu for 18 of us. We were kept up to date with the progress of each dish and was able to enjoy a course while she prepared the rest of the meal. Each dish was delicious and was artfully presented.
