With the guidance of Chef Shawn, you and your colleagues will be in for an evening of preparing incredible dishes of your choice, ranging from a fresh pear salad or scallops to start, salmon caviar, crispy chicken with mushroom risotto, or pesto pasta with oven-dried heirloom tomato as a main course, and chocolate peanut butter pie or raspberry crème brûlée for dessert.
