Before you and your colleagues dig into this engaging team building activity, your team will have to first take a poll as to what the meal you create together will look like. Whether you all choose to make scallops or risotto, sea bass or wagyu short ribs, or do chocolate peanut butter pie or raspberry crème brûlée for dessert, Chef Shawn will have you working side by side to prepare a variety of entrées in this hands-on class. Experience a wonderful evening of bonding over food, then sit down to dine together. Guests are welcome to BYOB.

Meet your chef
Chef Shawn has been cooking professionally for over 25 years and received degrees from the Los Angeles Trade Tech College of Culinary Arts and Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Surrey, England. He has worked at LA's hottest restaurants and has made television appearances on 60 Minutes, ABC's Top 5 Restaurants, The Taste, The Food Network, and more. He is now an executive chef at a popular restaurant in Malibu and looks forward to hosting you!
