Together, they’ll embark on a gourmet journey with a master local chef, crafting dishes like pappardelle with Bolognese sauce or blood orange hazelnut fennel salad.
Each culinary session is an exercise in collective creativity that forces everyone to forget about the office and their usual day-to-day roles and instead work together to complete an entirely new and exciting challenge. Working away to craft a gourmet menu, your crew will quickly start to sharpen their collaboration and communication skills and since they’ll be entirely focused on the food – they won’t even know that they’re doing it.

With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
