Explore timeless classics from different global cuisines and learn how to make them from scratch.
During this engaging cooking class, you’ll learn how to make a well-rounded menu by experimenting with flavors and high-quality ingredients. An experienced chef will guide you through the process, from making classic appetizers to delectable desserts, teaching you the techniques to craft global meals to perfection.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The finished product really wasn't all that good and the chef seemed a bit overwhelmed the whole time, but my kiddo had a good time which was the goal. I'd do it again.

Overall the class was great! Everything was set up and organized for us when we showed up and flowed easily. We were in a group of 4 (myself and friend were paired with 2 others) but we each were able to take part in each step of the process (for better for worse). The end product was tasty! I feel like I could do the process at home if I choose to, no longer intimidated by it.

Class started 15 minutes late. Recipes were good. Way too many people. We had 8 people around our table.

The class and instructor were good. My only criticism is that I think too much is packed into the activity so you don't really do a full start-to-finish, hands-on recipe. And it would be great if the recipes were a chef favorite or the chef's master recipe so they don't rely on reading every single step.

Fun class, nice informative chef. The problem is that they did not send out the recipes of the meals we prepared. They said this was going to happen. I checked my spam folder.

The chef was very personable and knowledgeable. The class was fun and the meal turned out delicious. One wish was maybe a glass of wine with the meal.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
