What You’ll Do

Become a precision dumpling master by mixing various fillings to steam or pan-fry each creation.

Craft dumplings better than your weekly carry-out in this hands-on team building cooking class. Chef Paige will guide you through a menu of three traditional Asian dumplings and the techniques to create them.

First, make classic dim sum filled with savory pork and vegetables. Then, make authentic potstickers with pork, chicken, shrimp and mushroom fillings. You'll also make Jiaozi with chicken and vegetables inside. Plus, learn the techniques to get the perfect pan fry and steamed finishes for each dumpling. Enjoy your dumpling feast and bond with your team.

A selection of non-alcoholic drinks is available for all guests, including soft drinks and still water.

We were there the night of red velvet cake parfaits marry me chicken burrata and fresh pasta. It was a phenomenal class. Friday the 16th. I’m sorry for not remembering our chefs names (I may have had a few too many cocktails pre class) but he was a great instructor just hands on enough for us to learn while also giving us space to try new things. He was personable and funny and made the night really enjoyable. The 4 of us will absolutely be back for more classes.
