Team Building Activity - Basics of Brunch
Gather your team around the table for a hearty international brunch.
In this team building cooking class, you will work together to create a vibrant brunch spread highlighting flavors from around the world. Guided by Chef Blake, you’ll begin by layering a cherry, coconut and chocolate parfait based on a classic German dessert.
Next, stack bagels with smoked salmon, creamy chèvre and briny capers. The centerpiece of this international team brunch is a bold shakshuka with peppers, eggs, feta and paprika in a rich tomato sauce and pita bread for dipping. Round out your brunch spread by making customizable sheet pan pancakes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Blake did a phenomenal job. He was pleasant and easy to talk with and his food was spectacular. I highly recommend his Coastal Mexican menu - everything was fresh and delicious!
