Take your team on a culinary journey to explore historic dishes with Chef Chericia.

In this hands-on team building cooking class, Chef Chericia shares the rich history and depth of flavor that distinguishes traditional Southern cuisine. Teaching time-honored techniques perfected over decades, she'll guide you as you explore this iconic style of cooking.

Begin with classic fried okra and a tangy homemade remoulade followed by the best fried chicken you will ever make. Serve your crispy bird with herbed gumbo and rice, starting with a dark roux and building layers of flavor and spice. Finish by baking up bread pudding with a twist.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great experience the last time we brought in a chef and it might have also been Chef Chericia but this time it all fell apart somehow. My wife’s birthday with friends over for a 6:30 start. Apparently food delivery was late then several GPS issues then messaged hours after the scheduled start that she had to cancel. We were very disappointed and tried to call to help her with directions but she didn’t pick up

Chef Chericia did a fantastic job preparing the Quintessential Spanish menu for 18 of us. We were kept up to date with the progress of each dish and was able to enjoy a course while she prepared the rest of the meal. Each dish was delicious and was artfully presented. Thanks a lot Chericia and team!!!
