Take your team on a culinary journey to explore historic dishes with Chef Chericia.

In this hands-on team building cooking class, Chef Chericia shares the rich history and depth of flavor that distinguishes traditional Southern cuisine. Teaching time-honored techniques perfected over decades, she'll guide you as you explore this iconic style of cooking.

Begin with classic fried okra and a tangy homemade remoulade followed by the best fried chicken you will ever make. Serve your crispy bird with herbed gumbo and rice, starting with a dark roux and building layers of flavor and spice. Finish by frying beignets filled with cream cheese.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
