Learn the art of sushi and perfectly seared fish or steak with Chef Chericia.

Gather your team for this cooking class where you'll channel your inner sushi master and steakhouse chef to create a fusion menu that blends elements of sleek Japanese cuisine into the signature American steak dinner.

Begin this team building experience by practicing immaculate knife cuts to craft a spicy tuna roll. For the main course, Chef Chericia will teach you how to expertly sear buttery steak or fish and whip up fluffy roasted garlic mashed potatoes to pair with vibrant wok-fried spinach. For dessert, bake and enjoy a zesty orange butter cake.

Chef Cher was fantastic! It was like cooking and hanging out with an old friend! She was very knowledgeable, and thoughtfully answered all the silly cooking questions that I could throw at her. She is an excellent chef and her recipes were delicious (I am still eating the best leftovers I have ever had)! We plan to do another class with her soon!
