Team Building Activity - Homestyle French Feast

Your team begins their culinary excursion with onion soup topped with toasted croutons and gruyère before preparing tender boeuf bourguignon braised in red wine and flavored with fresh herbs. You'll also create duchess potatoes and stuffed tomatoes to serve on the side, then heat things up with a flambéed cherries jubilee finale for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
