Chef Maggie's knowledge of global cuisines and intimate knowledge of locally grown produce and ingredients is invaluable. Formerly a cook at a yoga and wellness retreat and sous chef at a vegan restaurant, this yoga instructor and current cooking school chef instructor is passionate about vegan food, which is evident in her curated plant-based creations. Maggie was so organized and prepared for our class. She taught us some great professional techniques, the meal was delicious and we have such a better understanding of vegan cooking techniques. By the end of class we were both flipping our own crepes!

We had a great time cooking with Chef Maggie! She provided light background for our vegan meal and offered alternatives along the way. Instructions, demonstrations and the cooking process were on point. It was a fun, relaxing and wine filled night. We loved learning how to massage Kale, make two kinds of gnocchi and a fun alternative for vegan cannoli's. Maggie was great in all ways!!

We had a wonderful time with Chef Maggie! We learned so much from her - she does a great job of explaining and showing what she was doing, then letting us try to do it ourselves. We ended up with a fantastic vegan taco dinner with homemade tortillas and dessert - totally delicious!! Maggie was also just a lovely, easy person to spend time with, was punctual and friendly, and was very gracious and flexible when we had a childcare snafu pop up in the middle of the class. All in all, we had a great time with Chef Maggie and highly, highly recommend her!

Chef Maggie's vegan thanksgiving feast was amazing!!! Both my partner and I are fairly good cooks, but she taught us new skills and ways of cooking that we wouldn't of thought of. The meal was also delicious. We cant wait to invite Chef Maggie back into our home again for more amazing food experiences.

Chef Maggie was AMAZING!
We had such a fantastic time with her at our home. The food was incredible, and we learned so much—from chopping techniques to vegan cooking tips and even creative ways to use leftovers. Speaking of which, we have so many leftovers and can’t wait to enjoy them tomorrow when we’re not as full!
Maggie came fully prepared with everything needed for the class, making the experience seamless. She was organized, engaging, and an absolute joy to chat with. We had so much fun learning from her, and I can’t wait to book with her again!

Chef Maggie was amazing! Her culinary class was a perfect birthday gift. My friends and I learned so many great cooking tips, and we had a lot of fun helping to make the meal. Chef Maggie led us in making a delicious Mediterranean meal that was fresh and flavorful. She honored a special request to make dolmas which we really appreciated. Maggie was such a fantastic teacher and made amazingly flavorful food for us! I don't usually expect delicious Vegan European food, but this surpassed all my expectations.
My favorite dish of the night was the ratatouille with each flavor note standing out beautifully and paired perfectly with a simple baked potato topped with hollandaise sauce. Yum!
The best part was that all the dishes being so simple and healthy, are easily replicable any other time at home. We definitely learned a lot and cannot recommend her enough!

We loved Chef Maggie’s vegan French cooking class. Despite having taken other cooking classes in the past, we learned new knife skills techniques and facts related to the meal from Maggie. She’s a delight to be around and we had fun cooking with her. We particularly appreciated how she set us up for success: focusing our efforts on chopping and tasting for balance, while explaining her cooking technique along the way. The meal was absolutely delicious. We are excited to make it again with her instruction in mind.

My friends and I had an amazing evening. Chef Maggie did an excellent job curating a unique dining experience. It was a great balance between learning, cooking, and socializing. She came prepared and quickly responded to questions leading up to the dinner. I would highly recommend Chef Maggie. She's awesome!

Chef Maggie prepared some great vegan dishes and taught us techniques that will really raise our skills. I especially appreciated learning how to make beautiful round pitas that puff and make a pocket. And the falafel were so tender. All the dishes were delicious.

The American Vegan cooking class with Chef Maggie was excellent. She arrived a bit early and was super organized. She has a wonderful personality and the food was sooo good. We cooked the barbeque cauliflower with ranch sauce which was so tasty. The cupcakes and icing were perfect. The zucchini fritters were great and the caesar salad was wonderful. We had so much fun, what a great evening!!!
